This is nearly always an answering machine....... So please leave a message with your requirements, or any specific question, and YOUR Telephone number, with a convenient time for me to get back to you, which is usually early evening the same day.

Points to check. No Smoking on the premises..... The flats are more suitable for families and couples, we do not take parties of young people..... No. 1 Governors Lane and 28 East Street are adjoining properties.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

* NO SMOKING ON PREMISES

* Telephone bookings are held for 4 days only pending deposit.

* Bookings are accepted only on receipt of the Booking Form and Deposit.

* A deposit of £50 per week, per Flat to be sent with the Booking Form.

* Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. A Reminder will be sent to you. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to Holiday to be paid in Full.

* In the event of a cancellation, deposits are not refundable. The Balance will still be due in Full unless notice of cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to date of arrival

* Any alteration of Flat or Date will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking. The same conditions quoted above apply.

* Some 2 person flats can accommodate young children or cots. Additional persons by prior arrangement only.

* If the accommodation booked is for some reason not available, any monies paid in advance will be refunded in full. However, no liability for any other costs arising
